Security Protocol
For security reasons and due to the administrative privileges associated with Department accounts, automated recovery for IDs or passwords is not available.
If you have forgotten your Department ID or Password, please contact your system administrator or the IT department for assistance. They will verify your identity and help you regain access.
This prototype does not implement an automated credential recovery mechanism for department accounts.
